Do you want to become a manager in the hospitality industry, but don’t have the necessary experience?

We would be happy to offer you our Trainee program, which lasts 6-12 months and after its completion you can become a qualified manager! Students will work in all the main hotel departments: reception, catering, sales and marketing, thereby gaining valuable experience and insight into hotel operations. During the Trainee program, the candidate has regular contact both with the direct supervisor of the specific department and with a mentor from the company’s head office. 

Requirements 

• high school diploma, further/higher professional education, university student, university First Class degree, university Second Class degree or postgraduate 
• English language –moderately advanced (B1) 
• responsibility, reliability
